Agentic Websites
Build a revenue-generating website in five days
The web design course, rebuilt for the AI era. You ship the site, the offer it sells, and the hosting your agents can operate without you.
The old way took a quarter. A month of tutorials, a month in Figma, two weeks fighting hosting, and the copy written last in a panic. Same job, three to five days, structured the way my agency structures it after 3,500 websites, with AI doing the mechanical half.
Tool list included. Domains, hosting, builders, agent control, SEO. What I run, and what to use when the budget is zero.

SEO and analytics
Live by Friday
You start the week with a domain and finish it with a site that's indexed and taking enquiries. The old timeline was mostly learning curve.
The offer comes first
Nothing gets designed until you know what the page sells and what it costs. A beautiful site with nothing to buy is a portfolio piece, and portfolio pieces don't pay.
Your agents can run it
Hosting picked so an agent can publish, edit and deploy without you opening a builder. Most stacks make that impossible, so you choose on day three.

The range I have sold sites in
15 years
Web design, SEO and hosting
My first job was SEO. I built my first WordPress site in 2010 and sold my first one in 2011 for $300. My company now sells e-commerce builds for $100,000. Everything in between is what I'm handing you.
The Delta
Three months of work, in five days
Same website, same standard. The old route spent eleven weeks teaching you things the twelfth week never used.
The old way
≈ 90 days
Result: a site that looks fine and earns nothing, because the offer, the copy and the traffic were never part of the plan.
Your way
3 to 5 days
Result: a site with a job, doing it from day one, and one your agents keep updating after you walk away.
Three days is normal once the offer is clear. Five is the honest ceiling with research, copy, SEO and analytics all shipped.
The One Idea Behind Everything
A website is a machine with two jobs
A website that earns keeps earning after you stop working on it. That is what separates an asset from a brochure, and it is decided before anything gets designed.
Front end
It has to sell
An offer structured so a stranger knows what they're buying, what it costs, and why now. Then copy, layout and calls to action built to carry it.
Clients buy customers, and a website is how they get them. That's why so much good design earns nothing: the offer was never settled.
Back end
Your agents have to run it
Hosting, deploys and content chosen so an agent can publish a page, fix a price, or ship a post without a human clicking through a builder.
Most website stacks assume a person with a mouse. Pick one of those and every future change routes back through you, which is the bottleneck you were trying to remove.
You need both halves. A site that sells but only you can change becomes your second job. A site your agents run but nobody buys from is an expensive hobby. Every module below builds one half.
What I Am Going To Teach You
Four Modules, One Working Website
In order, because the order is the method. Skip module one and you build the wrong site beautifully.
Module 01
Structure The Offer First
Before anything gets built, you decide what the site is actually selling.
Build the offer with the Audience-Traffic-Offer framework my agency was built on, so the page has one job before it has a layout
Price it: what to charge, what to bundle, and why a $5,000 site often sells easier than a $500 one
Market research and positioning in an afternoon, using the handful of questions that actually change the page
Write the page as an argument, using the copywriting frameworks that ship with the course
Result: A written offer and a page plan, before a single pixel moves.
Module 02
The Five-Day Build
You build the site itself, start to finish, with AI doing the mechanical half.
The 4% of design, code and UX that changes the outcome, and permission to skip the rest
Drive AI through the build: sections, components, responsive passes, revisions
The homepage, navigation, blog and footer structure every profitable site shares, and why
A quality bar you can check against, so done is a checklist you can finish
Result: A finished, responsive, fast website, in three to five days.
Module 03
Agent-Operable Hosting
The part nobody teaches: hosting your AI agents can actually control.
DNS and hosting from the ground up. Knowing the difference makes you the most technical person in most rooms
Pick a stack an agent can reach: API-first hosting, git-backed deploys, content behind a real API
Hand an agent scoped keys, a deploy path, and a staging environment, so it can publish and roll back safely
Lock it down the way I lock mine down: keys over passwords, automatic updates, backups, a recovery plan, and a CDN, because speed is a ranking factor
Result: A site your agents update while you sleep.
Module 04
Traffic That Compounds
A website with no traffic is a business card. You build the loop that feeds it.
Keyword research and the semantic structure that gets a site ranking, taught the way I learned it as an SEO
The content engine: one brief in, a week of pages and posts out, all of it pointed at the offer
Analytics that answer one question: is this page making money
Turn the loop over to agents. Research, draft, publish, measure, repeat, while you approve
Result: Free traffic that keeps arriving after you stop working on it.
Included
The tool list
The stack I actually run, what each piece is for, what it costs, and what to reach for when the budget is zero.
Domains & DNS
Namecheap · Cloudflare
Where the whole thing starts, and the one skill that makes you look like a wizard.
Hosting & deploys
Cloudflare Pages · A $6/mo VPS · SiteGround
Picked for one reason: an agent can deploy to it without a browser.
Building the site
WordPress + Elementor · Framer · Carrd · Astro
One per budget and per skill level, with the trade-off spelled out.
Agent control
Claude Code · MCP servers · Git · Scoped API keys
The layer that turns your site into something you can delegate.
SEO & analytics
Ahrefs · Search Console · GA4
Research, ranking, and knowing which page pays.
Offers & payments
HubSpot Payments · Stripe · Notion
Taking money online is a solved problem. Solve it in an hour.
Every pick answers one question: can an agent drive it? That's the filter that keeps a site from becoming something only you can maintain.
What You Walk Away With
Four things you own
A live website you own, built in a week, that you could sell for $5,000 to $10,000.
The offer it sells, written down and priced.
Hosting and deploys your agents can operate.
The tool list, with what I'd pick at every budget, including zero.
Fifteen years of building websites, and two years of rebuilding how I do it with AI, compressed into the sequence that gets you live by Friday.
Pricing
Three ways in
The course is the same in all three. What changes is how much of me and my team comes with it, and every tier is lifetime access. The entry price is a launch number and goes back to $297.

Who This Is For
Read this honestly
This is for you if
You run a business and want a site that brings in customers, without paying an agency five figures for it.
You sell websites, or want to, and you're tired of competing on price against people who build the same thing you do.
You are a designer or marketer who can make things look right but keeps stalling at hosting, DNS and going live.
You already use AI daily and want a website your agents can operate as easily as you can.
This is not for you if
You want a done-for-you website. This teaches you to build it yourself. If you'd rather my team built it, that's a different conversation.
You want to become a professional developer. This covers the 4% that produces revenue and skips the rest on purpose.
Who Is Teaching This
Brian Dordevic
Fractional Chief AI & Marketing Officer
I've been in web design since 2010 and responsible for more than 3,500 websites, 500 of them under Alpha Efficiency. I started at $300 a site. My company now sells e-commerce builds at $100,000. I've done every job on that list myself: SEO first, then hosting, then design, then copy.
Junior developers apply to my company every week knowing HTML and CSS, then stall the moment a site has to actually go live. That gap is what this course closes, and now that AI does the mechanical half, closing it takes days.
Additional Questions
FAQ
Do I need to know how to code?
No. When I started there was HTML, CSS, or WordPress, and no way around either. That has changed. The course is built for someone with no design or coding background, and the modules that touch code teach you to direct AI through it.
Is three to five days realistic, honestly?
For one site, with the offer already clear, three days is normal. Five is the honest ceiling once you include research, copy, and getting SEO and analytics live. What used to eat three months was the learning curve, and that is what this removes.
What does "agent-operable" actually mean?
That software can change your site as easily as you can. In practice: API-first hosting, git-backed deploys, content that lives somewhere with a real API, and scoped keys plus a staging environment your agent can safely use. Pick the wrong stack on day one and every future edit routes back through your hands. Module 03 is that decision, made properly.
Do you force one platform on me?
No. The tool list covers WordPress, Framer, Carrd and code-based builds, with the trade-off for each and what I'd pick at your budget. The principles hold on all of them: offer first, copy before design, hosting your agents can reach.
Who is this for?
Business owners who want online sales without drowning in technical detail, marketers who need design, SEO and copy to work together, and designers who would rather be building sites that earn than collecting more technical skills.
How much time will I need?
A few hours a week is enough to finish it. The more you put in, the faster it pays. Lessons are built to be picked back up after a few days away without losing the thread.
How is it delivered, and how long do I have access?
Video lessons, written material and practical exercises on an online learning platform, with downloadable resources and progress tracking. Access is for life, so you can learn at your own pace and come back whenever you need.
What is in the bonus material?
An SEO keyword research template, a web design checklist, a website audit checklist, and the copywriting frameworks. All four ship with every tier.
The Decision
Your website should be live by Friday
There are 220,000 websites built every day, and most of them earn nobody anything. The people who can ship one in a week, structured to sell and wired so their agents can run it, are about to be very hard to compete with. Everything I know about that fits in four modules.
